another Maui Vacation Rental Condo – coming soon!

Caroline and I are super excited to announce that we are under contract again on another short term Maui vacation rental condo in south Kihei, Maui.  This is a cozy little studio unit just steps from Kamaole II beach in south Maui.  It is easily walking distance to shopping, restaurants, amazing beaches and incredible sunsets. We just got this contract, for this particular Maui vacation rental condo, so I don’t want to give away too much information just yet, but in the coming weeks you’ll start to see more posting and pictures of it.

Currently it is in pretty good condition, with a remodel that was done to this unit about 10 years ago.  The flooring is good, shower is nice, etc. It could use a little sprucing up and a little less clutter, but that’s what we’re here for. We’re going to streamline this thing and make it AWESOME!   This Maui vacation rental condo complex has two great swimming pools and barbeque areas and is nicely maintained with outdoor tropical foliage.

We’re excited to show it off to you, but you’ll have to wait a little bit. The inspection report hasn’t come back yet, so we don’t know entirely what we’re up against or if we will be able to ultimately close on another Maui vacation rental condo. However, stay tuned, I have a great feeling about this one!
